Our partner is an international production company for production and delivery of probiotics. For
the needs of a company - to supervise daily support and plan the most efficient administrative procedures , we are looking for:


Manager – Administrative activities


Your daily challenges:


• Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize the process: Order taking, claim management, queries resolution;
• Collaborates closely with sales, business development, marketing and logistics departments;
• Maintain the company's administrative documents, create reports, data sheets;
• Maintains and updates calendars and diary, arranges meetings and appointments
• Coordinates the internal and external relations of the company
• Performs administrative and general office duties assuring effective support to the High Management

What do you need to succeed:


• Fluent level of English, learning one or more languages is an advantage - Russian / German
• Мinimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Driving license category B
• Very good working level of MS Office, MS Outlook and Excel, accounting software
• Extremely well-organised with an ability to multi-task
