We are currently looking for candidates for one of our trusted partners – a leading company to support the growth and increasing complexity of company’s business, we are looking for a bright and motivated person to join the position of:

PANEL MANAGER

Responsibilities:

Recruit new mystery shoppers;
Answer all kind of general questions from mystery shoppers;
Schedule/plan in the shops;
Follow up on the scheduled shops;
Build up a relationship with the mystery shoppers in their market so that you get goodwill from them for last minute/urgent shops;
In short; the panel manger is responsible for have a large enough database of mystery shoppers to easily schedule the shops and follows up on the shoppers until they have completed the shop.

Requirements:

Fluent knowledge (written and spoken) of German is a must, very good knowledge of English is an essential requirement in our multinational environment, practical knowledge of any other language is an added plus;
You have excellent administrative skills with attention to detail, can plan efficiently and are able to handle multiple projects simultaneously;
Good and confident communication skills, as well written as oral;
Deadline orientated;
You have a positive attitude, the ability and drive to get things done;
Enjoy working independently as well as in team;
