As a part of the Workforce Management team you will be responsible for:
Real-time monitoring of incoming client inquiries, ensuring all inquiries are handled in a timely manner
Real-time monitoring of various metrics related to workflow
Keeping operations and workforce management informed of service risks or issues in real time
Timely and accurate delivery of hourly reporting
Optimizing shift schedules to maximize efficiency
Gathering data for the purposes of identifying trends and finding solutions for process optimization
Our requirements:
Proficiency in English
Strong analytical skills and experience in workflow analysis
At least 1 year of experience in the BPO field
Expert level knowledge of MS Excel
Good working knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint
Experience with CMS and Impact 360 would be considered as an advantage
Experience in workforce management processes, business planning and scheduling would also be considered as an advantage
