Manpower is looking for one of its clients:

Plant Manager

Your responsibilities
Build a winning team, develop talents/ people
Strong focus on continuous improvement & change management
Ensure working along terms of E2E supply chain, Country management and other support functions
Drive transformation in the plant and on the shop floor
Deliver budget, efficient/effective production

Your background
Master university degree in mechanical engineering or similar
Proven working experience as a manager in manufacturing and operations of at least 3 years
Preferred international professional experience
Experience in an ERP systems
Excellent English language is a must
