Due to the expansion of the business we are looking for DATABASE ADMINISTRATOR (CRM – Customer Relationships Management)

Key Responsibilities:

Works directly with Customer Representatives and users of CRM system to ensure that customer data is accurate;
Ensure the CRM data is structured and perform recurrent data cleanups;
Support country data analyst with data exports and customer facing team effectiveness analysis;
Ensure timely upload and continuous support of Customer Representatives cycle/target plans;
Ensure user requests are triaged appropriately, questions are answered, and all changes are processed in a timely fashion (e.g. entering new HCPs (health-care practitioners) and HCOs (health-care organizations), Changing/updating existing data for HCPs and HCOs, levels of HCPs);
CRM Technical Content Approver in respective systems (Veeva Vault PromoMats) - Responsible for linking all documents aiming to enable auto-expiration, approve multichannel content for delivery to CRM and Customer facing team, manually expire multichannel content when necessary;
System technical issues first level support – raising tickets and problems solving with support team;
Maintenance of Event module – budgets, topics, subjects set up;
Technical and analytical support to business, related to the CRM data;
Ensuring all Customer Representatives as well as First line managers are properly trained in the handling and reporting of data.

Main Requirements:
Fluency in English;
Excellent computer skills;
Good knowledge of excel, power point and graph visualization;
High degree of flexibility;
Sensitive for deadlines;
Organization skills;
Communication skills;
Strong in interpersonal and customer orientation.
