R&D Support Team Lead

Key responsibilities:
- Lead our team consisting of experts from different professional domains;
- Project management of the redesign process of electronic systems in the field of
physiotherapy, cardiology and aesthetic medicine;
- Responsible for the team and its good results;
- Inspire team members and encouraging their creativity;
- Improve existing processes.

We require:
- University degree (preferably in Electrical Engineering);
- Experience with team and project management;
- Excellent team communication skills;
- Effective problem identification and problem-solving skills;
- Motivation to acquire new skills and technologies;
- English language level to be able to understand technical documentation, and to communicate with foreign colleagues;
- Previous experience with development of electronic devices.
