WAREHOUSE MANAGER - AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY

We are currently looking for someone with experience for one of our clients, who will take the challenge for the position of:


Warehouse Manager - Automotive industry


Responsibilities:
A separate logistics should be done in accordance with the company's objectives, the preparation and management of the project;
Performs and manages action plans to reduce costs and activities related to increasing the efficiency of warehouse processes.;
Initiating, organizing and managing the inventory process (complete and partial) as well as the availability of the products in the warehouse;
Ensures the smooth flow of material and the efficiency of the processes in the warehouse;
Establishing the level of loading in warehouses in accordance with the working procedures / instructions;
Coordinate all high performance and service quality operations (such as staff and financial resources optimization) within warehouse areas;
Analyze inconsistency during inventory (partial and full) using SAP or other support tools;
Manages the health, safety and environmental team, initial and periodic briefing;
Creating management and work with ISO / TS 16949, ISO 14000 and other programs. The 5S rules follow;
Ensuring compliance of import / export activities with local laws, rules and instructions;
Control and ensure continuity and continuous flow of materials from warehouses (for mechanical and electronic components) and intermediate areas to production as well as from production to the warehouse;
Controlling the modern handling of loading and unloading activities, communicating with the Order and Services Center;
Performs its duties using maximum resource, quality and habit, in full compliance with the company's internal rules and legal requirements;
Manages and motivates employees.

Requirements:
Bachelor's / Master's degree in Logistics, Economics or other appropriate;
Proven professional experience as a Warehouse Manager - at least 3 years of experience in a similar position in the Automotive industry;
Excellent computer skills, MS Excel (very good command) and SAP (it's an advantage);
Excellent English, oral and written skills; German (it's an advantage);
Personal qualities - communication, operability, initiative, ability to manage people, ability to work independently and in team, discipline and responsibility.
Good knowledge of the normative acts related to: In-company documents and instructions; Various standards and norms related to ensuring the maintenance of a management system in Logistics Department; Internal Labor Regulations; Rules for labor protection, safety equipment, production hygiene and fire protection.
