For our marketing team, we are currently looking for a highly motivated digital marketing professional who is a self-starter and has proven experience in creating content, design, employer branding and event organization. The ability to think strategically and willingness to roll up sleeves to get things done are key in this high-visibility role.

Digital Marketing and Employer branding executive

Main Responsibilities:

- Lead the business drivers and performance metrics to drive growth through effective
marketing programs;
- Create, communicate and drive consensus of marketing strategy with senior management;
- Management of ad budgets, ad creative, and keyword research;
- Setup, optimization, and implementation of digital ad strategies across multiple social
media campaigns;
- Manage social media’s content and monitoring social media presence;
- Collaborate with the recruitment team on ad hoc projects;
- Event management activities;
- Analysis of campaign data and report on recommendations and strategy;
- Acts in liaison with business goals as they relate to paid advertising campaigns.

Requirements:

- Fluency in English;
- Previous experience on a similar position – at least 2 years;
- Computer proficiency and experience - social media tools is a must;
- Knowledge of Google AdWords and Google Analytics will be considered as an advantage;
- Creative and dynamic with assertive personality;
- Good writing and analytical skill;
- Proactive and self-confident with excellent organizational skills;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
