YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manages cash allocations of incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures;
• Provides support and guidance regarding the collection services to countries across the Coca-Cola Hellenic business, based on agreed Key Performance Indicators;
• Ensures cash collection in a timely and accurate manner;
• Handles complex clients’ disputes to facilitate successful collection;
• Keeps constant communication with involved departments regarding balance accounts of customers, and takes adequate actions for the same;
• Participates actively in forwarding/escalating submitted tickets – e.g., Account Receivable refunds, reversing incorrect cash allocation, bad debt provision etc., in the system.
 
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS:
• Excellent command of Italian AND English, both written and verbal;
• Minimum1,5 years of experience in finance (accounting) or accounts receivable/collections will be considered an advantage;
• 2-3 years of experience with focus on customer service in multinational environment and/or experience in Shared Services is considered as an advantage;
• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or another business-related field;
• Result-oriented and proactive personality;
• MS Office;
• ERP (SAP) is considered as an advantage.
