YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Install, configure and troubleshoot IT computer products and equipment assigned to our employees: operating system, hardware, software, connectivity, printing, remote access, etc;
• Implement software upgrades, including firmware revisions, operating systems, production software upgrades and other enhancements as required;
• Manage the IT equipment and perform preventive maintenance of working stations - computers, mobile devices, tablets, mobile phones, etc.;
• Participate in evaluation and implementation of new solutions, software, application, etc.
• Provide positive and friendly user experience with each interaction.
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS:
• Very good technical skills – Windows OS, Office 365, Networking, Hardware;
• Education in IT oriented field is treated as advantage;
• Previous experience on a similar position is an advantage;
• Good command of English;
• Customer oriented mindset and team work attitude.;
