ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB:
Promotions Leads is a critical role in the Revenue Growth Management (RGM) team, part of Coca-Cola HBC Marketing function. In this high visibility role, you will have the chance to work with cross-functional senior stakeholders building the commercial strategy of the company and gain opportunity for further career development. You will be managing a team of four people and will be responsible for their development.
The position reports directly to the Revenue Growth Manager.

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
People management:

Maintain a culture of openness
Develop the talents of direct reports
Always lead by example
Promotional Strategy & Budget Management:

Definition of promo strategy as part of the annual business planning process in accordance with strategic commercial priorities
Tactical Promo budget management including allocation between Brands/Packs and Channels
Monthly budget review and reallocation to capture market opportunities or address market threats
Continuous evaluation of promo efficiency and effectiveness, ROI analysis
Keep close collaboration with wide-range of teams from Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Group RGM teams
Governance

Accountable for the proper reflection of all promotions in CRM in compliance with the company's financial and pricing policies.

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS
Must haves:

Higher university degree in the area of Marketing/Economy/Finance/Statistics/Sales
At least 4 years relevant work experience in the area of RGM/Marketing/Sales/Commercial Finance
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Prior experience in managing people
Ability to work with tight deadlines and under pressure
Fluency in English
Advanced user of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
Will be considered advantage:

5-6 years of relevant work experience
Experience in RGM roles
Previous experience with CRM/ ERP SAP/ Power BI will be considered strong advantage
