Essential Skills:
Team leadership/mentoring experience
1+ years of experience in creating marketing campaigns targeted at consumers
Industry experience in trading
A good understanding of full-cycle campaign development and delivery process
A good knowledge of online customer retention strategies and tactics
Exceptional knowledge and understanding of email service providers and Real time marketing
Experience of carrying out data analysis on retention and promotional activity, and ability to make suitable recommendations for improvements
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud / Exact Target
Understanding of reporting tools (Tableau)

You Will Be
Responsible For:
Building marketing strategies and cycles for customer retention
Managing a team of executives by providing feedback, coaching, training and development in order to upskill all team members
Delegating workload and projects for team
Optimisation of the performance for marketing campaigns by formulating coherent plans for their execution
Generating new ideas for promotions that deliver increased brand engagement and increase campaign ROI
Planning and maintaining all campaigns across the new brands
Ensuring successful delivery of accurate and timely campaign assets
Campaign analysis, e.g. success rates
Analysis and reporting of usage patterns, churn, customer base trends, and customer retention and promotion projects and initiatives
Providing feedback to team and stakeholders
Competitor analysis as well as monitoring changes and keeping updated on the organisation's products or services.
