Currently we are on the search for an Application Boarding Agent to join our client's team.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for new merchant applications and will enter the data into the CRM. You will also set up new accounts and perform quality assurance tasks. The perfect candidate is a detail-oriented, client-focused individual who enjoys both solitary and collaborative tasks. If you recognize yourself-do not hesitate to contact us!

Your Daily Duties:

☑️Prepare, evaluate and process new applications to ensure compliance with various internal and external due diligence requirements.
☑️Perform merchant account setup data entry and follow up with necessary departments for any incomplete merchant applications, missing information.
☑️Maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for merchant account quality control
☑️Work closely with merchants, Inside Sales, Account Managers, internal teams, and outside sales agents, to help facilitate the boarding of new accounts.
☑️Track and report on the status of all applications.


Ideally you:

☑️You are client-focused, task-oriented, with an exceptional eye for detail.
☑️You are proficient in MS Office. Strong skills in Excel (V lookups, pivot tables) are an asset.
☑️You are comfortable communicating with colleagues and clients by email and telephone.
☑️You are a solid team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
☑️You possess excellent English skills, both written and spoken. Knowledge of French is an asset, but not obligatory.
☑️Experience in a banking, B2B, financial services or credit card processing environment is a plus.
☑️A strong working knowledge of Sales CRM tools such as Salesforce is also considered a plus.
