HR Manager
Responsibilities:
Providing managers and applicants with HR support;
Creating job advertisements and searching for the most appropriate candidates;
Managing applicants' and employees' databases;
Organizing meetings, tests, assessments, etc.;
Holding interviews with applicants (via telephone, Skype and face-to-face);
Suggesting improvements and taking part in new initiatives.
Requirements:
Education - relevant degree;
Experience - at least 2 years;
Fluent in English - written and spoken;
Good MS Office skills and organizational skills;
Proactive and positive attitude, strong multitasking individuality.
