Currently we are looking for a motivated candidate to join the team of our partner - one of the largest and most stable financial organizations in the world, for the position of: Junior Sales Specialist

Responsabilities:
• Provide administrative support to Sales Managers
• Enter all necessary information in the core IT system, prepare offers to customers;
• Collect necessary documents from clients and suppliers for deal processing;
• Check documentation from clients for its quality, authenticity and completeness;
• Maintain contacts with suppliers and clients to obtain any additional information required for the daily work;
• Prepare necessary reports for business monitoring;
• Participate in preparing internal documents for new products and services;
• Other ad hoc administration work in Sales Department;

Requirements:
• University - preferably in Economics, Finance or Trade;
• Pro-active, responsible, initiative, Team player;
• Ability to work in international organization;
• Analytical skills;
• Organization skills;
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken);
• Service minded and customer oriented person;
• Financial skills will be considered an advantage
