Purpose of the position

As A Junior Training Administration, Hire to Retire you will be responsible to deliver training administration HR services as part of Global HR Services catalogue.

Main responsibilities:

-Creating Global HR Process training content design and administration
-Global internal user support - responding to employee and manager questions in Service Now related to LEARN (learning management system)
-Supporting Cargotec HR Leadership Programmes with training Administration such as but not limited to: Global Onboarding Programme, Virtual LEAD/GROW, Global Mentor Programme, Annual Bonus Eligibility, HR Academy.
-Supporting Global Corporate Functions Training Administration in LEARN for: Compliance (e.g. Code of Conduct), CBS (Cargotec Business Services), Finance, Procurement, IM, Cargotec Communities (Lean, Project Management, Virtual Facilitation), HRIS Training Administration, LEARN reporting needs support
-Providing training support to new colleagues in activities within area of speciality
-Ensure customers are satisfied to maintain a positive brand image for the CBS
-Any other tasks assigned by the line manager related to the areas of accountability
-All work needs to be conducted in compliance with Global Company guidelines, code of conduct, policies, procedures, controls and legal requirements.

What you’ll need to succeed:

-Minimum bachelor degree in technical field, engineering, graphic design or similar
-Interested in producing and designing training content - presentations, short videoes, etc.
-Proficiency in computer applications, especially Google tools
-Full professional proficiency of written and oral English
-Detail-oriented
-Creative mindset
-Good communication and organisational skills.
