Responsibilities:
- Prepares and analyzes monthly and annual operational data reports and monitors key indicators (KPI’s; GM%; QoS; Seating Capacity etc.)
- Prepares timely hourly, daily, weekly, monthly and other analyzes to optimize teamwork
- Analyzes the trends of the team's quality of work (customer satisfaction, productivity, quality etc.)
- Proposes timely measures to optimize owned processes and reports in order to improve project and company results
- Proactively informs management when the actual results drastically deviate from the set goals
Requirements:
- Expert level knowledge of Excel, Google Drive
- Strong knowledge of a call center environment and a positive outlook
