For them we are looking for a strongly motivated person with deep E2E understanding of Real Estate processes in order to support the execution of financial administration for the role of:


Real Estate Property Management Administrator (Part Time)


Day to day you will make a difference by...

* Manage all payment & invoice processes related to real estate deals
* Handle day to day real estate management - Manage Leases, Invoices, Credit Notes, Disputes, System issues etc.
* Complete financial posting of realized deals in GSAP.
* Full responsibilty for updated Masterdata within the systems.
* Month and year closing, Inflation escalation calculation and system entry, alignment with Retail Finance.
* Deliver full admin support for the execution of Real Estate daily business (acquisitions, lease renewals, contract prolongations, disposals, contracts, records management, systems, payments, asset bookings, write offs).
* Administrative management of internal systems interfaces and processing for contracts.
* Manage issues and handle correspondence of neighbors, landlords, local authorities, tenants and escalate if required.

The person we are looking for has…

* Accounting or Real Estate Business Background.
* Strong financial skills with at least 2-3 years experience.
* Strong attention to details.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Experience in SAP is a must.
* Previous RE-FX system and Property Management Streamline processes knowledge would be an advantage.
* Computer skills (MS Excel in particular).
* Fluency in English and Bulgarian.
