The Business Process Improvement Specialist is responsible for leading process improvement projects and facilitating process improvement initiatives that enable both local and in-country stakeholders to effectively manage operations and their impact to Ingram Micro’s business

Key Responsibilities:
Identify process improvement opportunities through feedback from different channels
Evaluate and scope the proposed project or initiative: check for scalability, etc.
Identify methodology to be used – Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Project Management
Create project charter and manage all stages of the project life-cycle
Identify risks and put in place risk mitigation plan
Use data analytics to support decisions and proposals
Design the future state of the process
Ensure project team are executing according to timeline
Document handover and closure of the project
Secure validation for benefits
Ensure change management framework is in place for all projects
Keep each stakeholder informed of project progress
Hold a lessons-learned session before project closure
Gather feedback from all levels of stakeholders within the project through survey
Provide project coaching to other Global Business Services teams
Maintain and update all project tracking tools
Willing to take on new tasks to expand development
Skills and Qualifications:
Sc. Degree, Education: BA/BS Degree
5 years of professional experience within an international environment
3 years plus experience in Project Management related to process improvement, transition, process automation (RPA) and/or tool implementation
Knowledge of project management methodologies
Knowledge of process improvement methodologies is a plus e. g.: Lean, Six Sigma
Proven analytical skills and data literacy
Proven ability to maintain professional relationships internal/external
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with all levels within the organization
Ability to negotiate and communicate ideas and suggestions to positively influence the team and process owners to move forward with implementation
Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
PC literate; Advanced levels in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio
