GfK Media Measurement Hub is a centralized data processing and analytics department located in Sofia and part of the GfK Center of Excellence (CoE). The main activity of the department is the data production for multiple GfK products. We produce Big Data so we use cutting edge technologies to ensure the process.

GfK Evogenius suite (TV & Radio data collection software)
Both advertisers and media owners need reliable audience metrics that reflect the changing dynamics in the TV and Radio business. Evogenius suite is a software solution that gives valuable insights into people´s television and radio habits. Through a state-of-the-art technology we monitor the TV and Radio behavior of our panelists. By measuring both live and time-shifted viewing we are providing a single currency to the market.

Data Production Operator

Mission of the Role
The TV & Radio Data production team in Sofia, has just being created and now we are looking for young (for us age is state of mind), motivated people, with affinity to technologies.
The perfect candidate will be a proactive person, who does not fear challenges and is willing to learn and develop.

You will…

• Do daily production of collected TV and Radio data for multiple countries around the world
• Be First level support for the TV and Radio data production
• 24/7 monitor of production systems (home office allowed)
• Be the first line of contact, responding to:
- different alerts from the media production systems
- internal clients requests
- queries from local country MM operations teams

• Do daily data quality checks
• Develop expertise of the local media stations situation and their broadcast behavior
• Support the work processes documentation
• Assist the HUB team with other tasks when assigned

You have…

• University degree
• Good IT skills and general computer administration knowledge
• Solid written and verbal communication skills in English
• Good analytical skills
• Affinity to develop more technical knowledge
• Basic understanding of data querying languages, like SQL. (an advantage)
• Proactive attitude
