Operations Manager
Center of Excellence

Main responsibilities:
Monitor the team’s performance and suggest improvement plan and activities to excel the results and increase motivation
Meet the agreed Service levels, targets and working schedules
Priority setting & fast line execution of products
Building efficient collaboration across services
First point of escalation for operational issues
Perform regular and ad-hoc reports on Key Performance and Quality Indicators
Forecast and execute recruitment plan of the team
Effectively lead a team of professionals (both junior and experienced team members)
Responsible for people management, including but not limited to: goal setting, motivation, performance evaluation, providing feedback, guidance and support to the team members
Continuous development of their business unit that focus on value added strategies, improving existing offshore services and financial and performance management
Work with cross-functional operations teams, locally and globally to ensure the work is delivered according to budget, time and GfK quality standards
Report to senior management
Required knowledge and experience:
Relevant university degree
Previous experience on a managerial role in the industry – at least 5 years (marketing, outsourcing or other relevant)
Very good command of English language – both written and spoken
Advanced knowledge in MS Office - Excel, PowerPoint

Self-driven and responsible person with ability to adhere to deadlines
Analytical thinker able to deal with stressful situations
Decision maker with high sense of diplomacy
Customer oriented and expert in his/her area of knowledge
