On behalf of one of our clients, a global technology company, we are looking for a Technical Support Specialist.

Responsibilities:

• To respond to all user queries by phone/chat/email;
• Ensure that all customers’ requests are successfully recognized and registered, properly prioritized, classified and effectively handled in a timely manner;
• To prepare analyses and reports to ensure quality and accuracy to the client;
• Work with ticketing system to resolve reported problems or submit such to responsible units in case of failures or tasks;
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.

Ideally, your skills will include:

• Full proficiency in German language;
• Good English language skills;
• Great communication and organization skills;
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure;
• Experience in customer/technical support would be an advantage, but is not mandatory;
• Candidates with experience can be promoted to L2 Technical Support Specialist.
