In order to support the company’s growth we are looking to hire an experienced and motivated:

TEAM MANAGER - SEO


These tasks await:

* Responsibility for the whole English, German or Spanish On-Page projects
* Responsibility for overall On-Page SEO team development, engagement and satisfaction, productivity, and quality of output
* Conducting detailed On-Page checks on new and existing projects, and providing project updates according to our internal guidelines
* Approving and conducting keyword researches and creating website structures
* Auditing websites
* Improving/adjusting the internal guidelines
* Developing your own projects
* Monitoring changes and statements from Google with regards to On-Page strategies
* Undertaking technical optimization of our websites
* Analysing competitor On-Page optimisation strategies
* Keeping yourself and the team up to date on the latest developments
* Teaching the On-Page SEO Trainees, Junior and Seniors
* Managing and leading the On-Page SEO team (giving feedback, taking part in recruitment etc.)

Your Profile:

* High level of English, Spanish or German
* 5+ years of experience in SEO On-Page
* Passionate and knowledgeable about everything On-Page SEO
* In-depth knowledge of the most common SEO Tools
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
* Experience in team management
* Experience in highly competitive SEO markets and industries would be a plus
