We, at Kalmar Bulgaria (part of Cargotec group), are currently looking for a Senior Recruitment Specialist, to join our team. The purpose of the position is to deliver Recruitment and candidate sourcing services in line with customers’ needs and expectations.

Main tasks and responsibilities

Recruitment
Demonstrate and apply deep knowledge in recruitment processes and procedures.
Operate as Tier 1, first human-interaction responsible for resolving queries from suppliers or colleagues; and appropriate the Employee’s query to the right channel (tickets, chat, etc.)
Supporting Recruitment E2E process (supporting Hiring managers, job postings, CV screening, phone interviews, on-line testing, scheduling interviews)
Formulate new tactics for filling new roles, and brainstorm with recruitment team, local HR advisors and line managers to create sourcing strategies for each position;
Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, referrals, job boards, university boards, recruitment agencies, and events;
Monitor recruitment agencies effectiveness and propose changes in the vendors used based on cost and efficiency.
Identify and engage new recruitment vendors as preferred suppliers.
Screen candidates’ resumes and job applications and process referrals and internal applications, to create a short and long list of candidates.
Conduct interviews;
Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, soft skills, experience and aptitudes and how they would fit into the role;
Arrange face-to-face and online video interviews by coordinating schedules;
Maintain proper records in the ATS and other relevant systems;
Monitor and evaluate current recruitment statistics.
Referral program communications and tracking activities;
Preparation and communication of newsletters with ongoing recruitments
Account Manager for Linkedin usage
Employer Branding

Create and manage recruitment events calendar for one or more countries.
Coordinate and organize Kalmar’s participation in recruitment events.
Coordinating and organizing university relations activities ( lectures, workshops, company career days)
Others
Maintain good working relationships within the other process teams
Identify process improvements: Suggest and apply methods to update, simplify, and enhance processes, procedures and technologies
Support Solution Owners and Process Owners in continuous improvement and implementation of programs, policies, and procedures of Kalmar
Owns and manages changes to recruitment documents and templates.
Ensure customers are satisfied to maintain a positive brand image for the Kalmar business
Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accurate
Ensure data is accurate in company systems
Train and support colleagues in activities within own area of speciality
What you’ll need to succeed

Education
Minimum bachelor degree in HR or business
Experience
3+ years experience in recruitment and/or HR domain in an international environment.
Experience working with applicant tracking system (ATS)
Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment process in large international organizations
Experience in working with external recruitment agencies.
