If you have:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related fields
- 2+ years of experience managing a team of software engineers with direct responsibility for hiring, performance reviews, goal setting, promotions, and people management
- 4+ years of experience in software development, preferable in Data Warehousing and/or Data Integration
- Experience with relational databases (Oracle, MS SQL, PostgreSQL), Data Warehouse and Data Lake
- Knowledge and/or experience with ETL tools such as Oracle Data Integrator, AWS ETL, Event driven data transfer solutions or other is a valuable plus
- Experience with agile methodology and technics
- Strong managerial and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication and team-working skills
- Ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects
- Fluency in English

And you would like to:
- Co-ordinate and plan the distribution of tasks among the members of the section
- Carry out day-to-day control of the activities of the section in order to ensure high quality of the work
- Ensure proper functioning of the reporting systems of the bank
- Provide mythological guidance, professional development and employee engagement
- Take care of the job training of the section members. Identify training needs and propose appropriate training of the staff
- Carry out regular assessment of the work of the section members
- Take care for the working procedures and documentation of the section to be always up to date
- Be adequately informed about the status of the projects where the section is involved as well as any outstanding issues or problems. Serve as primary reference and/or escalation level in case of problems faced by the section members
