We are currently looking for our partner – An original pharmaceutical company based in Sofia that provides solutions to address the evolving needs of patients, for the position of:


DTC Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

Develop digital marketing strategy recommendations w/ ROI for consumer engagement and cross sell for DTC;
Develop and implement digital marketing tactics to drive persistency and growth through cross sell and create demand for member engagement for DTC;
Deliver marketing recommendations from web analysis;
Monitor and measure digital campaign performance and success to enhance overall digital sales results;
Measure success of campaigns and revise tactics to enhance success;
Monitor & report on retention and cross-sell data and analytic;
Social media program management;
Manage digital marketing budget.

Requirements:

Experienced professional in direct-to-customer marketing with proven results in driving growth on the business;
Experience in leading development of brand and consumer content;
Demonstrated strategic and competitive mindset;
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing or related field;
Proven experience as a Content creator – over +3 years;
Ability to collaborate with internal cross functional teams and manage external agency partners;
Up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing and measurement;
Excellent knowledge of digital marketing channels and instruments.
