Currently we are looking for a motivated candidate to join the team of our partner – a leading international company for the position of:

E-commerce Business Development Supervisor

Responsabilities:
Manage and develop strategic e-commerce accounts;
Outline and implement the strategy of the company towards the sector of e-commerce
Lead internal and external campaigns, aiming to grow company’s market share in the e-commerce industry;
Coach and develop the sales team of the company in respect of managing e-commerce customers;
Investigate and explore all new occurrences and potential influencers at the e-commerce area;
Ensure sufficient number of new e-commerce customers is on-boarded each month;
Work in close partnership with people from other functions in order to develop and improve different solutions from the customers of the e-commerce sector;
Propose actions and measures to be implemented in order to become First choice for clients in the e-commerce sector;

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of sales experience;
Experience in management of big/strategic accounts;
Experience in e-commerce sector is an advantage;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Proficiency in English (written and spoken);
Strong facilitation and presentation skills;
Organizational, planning and coordination skills with great attention to details;
Ability to work individually and within a highly collaborative team environment;
Self-driven, motivated and proactive person;
Excellent computer literacy - MS Office, online based applications.
