Maintenance Supervisor
Responsibilities:
• Manages technical development of the industrial tools as equipment, installations, energy;
• Manages maintenance plan and energy activities of plant in a way that the installations and machines can operate continuously and without delay;
• Manages maintenance team of technicians;
• Plans and prioritize projects, tasks along with the company strategy;
• Establish a diagnosis of energy services (thermal and electrical energy consumption, water; consumption) and proposes solutions to improve efficiency and costs;
• Analyses the technical performance and energy efficiency of the plant equipment and proposes improvements.
Requirements:
• Technical education;
• At least 2 years of experience on a similar position, international company is preferred;
• Structured mind and analytical thinking;
• Capacity to identify and solve problems;
• Management and task prioritizing skills;
• PC literacy.
