Area Manager
Responsibilities:
- Managing, supervising and coordinating the overall activity in the shops in the allocated area;
- Taking active part in the recruitment process and deciding on the employment of competent and reliable employees with potential for further development;
- Organizing the regular work in the shops by preparing schedules, planning of holidays and collecting and sending documents related to employees’ labor relations;
- Preparing the annual budget in accordance with the received instructions.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years experiences in retail fashion industry;
- Min. 3 years at a managerial position;
-Experience in visual merchandising, preferably in an international chain
-English - advanced level;
- Driving licence and readiness to travel extensively;
- Pro-active attitude and orientation towards results;
Team spirit.
