What is the program?

The program offers a quick individual development path to improve your competence.
Your first role would be Account Manager (18/24 months). This position will give you the opportunity to understand their business better and will be your power shoot to your tailor-made development in Engineering/ Finance/ Marketing/ HR or Logistics.

Your career path will be tailor-made and it will take you in a short time to cover roles of responsibility, working into a national and international context. Whatever your path, we will offer you all the training and support you need to craft your own career.


What does the role involve?
You will learn to sell, “the Hilti way”;
You will enter an individualized program- aimed at equipping you will all the necessary skills and attributes to excel in your career;
You will undertake market leading training that will enable you to manage and expand a large portfolio of existing accounts while building relationships with core customers;
You will work closely with key decision makers to identify effective solutions for a wide variety of construction projects.

What you need is:

- University degree in technical disciplines (Engineering- Civil/ Management), Economy, MBA;
- Excellent English level- both written and verbal;
- Energetic and unwavering determination for achieving outstanding results;
-Strong analytical skills, flexibility, initiative;
-National and international mobility;
