Responsibilities
We will be happy to welcome a new QA Manager to contribute with their knowledge, skills, and creativity and help us to expand and develop our QA practice by owning one or more of the following processes:

Hiring
Recruit and develop ideas on how to hire talents in the different cities in Bulgaria
Conduct interviews and hires
Represent the company in different initiatives like conferences and events
Monitor and expand hiring team
People management
Build cross-functional and self-organizing teams
Participate in creating and following budget
Develop different initiatives to improve motivation and team morale
Keep a high retention rate
Provide technical guidance, career development, and mentoring team members
Clients
Help building QA strategies for projects starts
Represent the company in front of clients, during visits and online
Strive to achieve client satisfaction

Trainings

Develop and manage trainings
Track trainings results
Incrementally improve onboarding and training processes

Job requirements to consider before applying

Excellent command in English
Experience in Agile
5+ years of professional Quality Assurance
2+ years of experience in leadership or management role
Subject matter expert in the quality assurance of multiple software technologies
Strong experience in testing mobile, web and web services
Strong knowledge and understanding of Continuous Delivery and Continuous Testing establishments
Strong experience working with databases
Ability to provide guidance regarding complex QA problems
Multiple years of experience leading and implementing QA Strategies
Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and develop the appropriate test approach
Technical leadership skills including self-direction, coaching and mentoring
A persuasive speaker with the ability to promote skills and services
Ability to inspire and gain followers easily
Great interpersonal skills - communication, presentation, negotiation skills along, open - minded

A significant advantage would be
Previous experience as a trainer or speaker
Previous experience in building teams and hiring
