As a Compliance Associate, you will be responsible for reviewing FXCM marketing and promotional communications (advertising campaigns, website content, email marketing, social media campaigns, etc.) and ensuring they meet the standards prescribed by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) and other regulatory bodies. You will be expected to interact with peers and Compliance professionals, various levels of management and business (e.g. Marketing and Legal departments) and other internal and external parties. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining compliance policies and procedures in relation to financial promotions.

Experience / Knowledge:
• Relevant Compliance experience is preferred
• Knowledge of FCA Rules and other relevant financial legislation is preferred
• Good written and oral communication skills in both Chinese and English is a must
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday
