The Junior Web Project Manager assists in the coordination and completion of web projects. This individual will be responsible for managing work through the entire site creation process, which includes: coordinating with content providers, web designers, web developers and IT. The candidate ideally has experience working on an in-house creative team that produces a high volume of top quality work. They should rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and perform a variety of tasks. The candidate is expected to lead and direct the work of others and show a wide degree of creativity.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of a website project. Provide end-to-end project management including detailed planning and monitoring of project progress: drive the content and style creation process, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, manage progress, and provide status reports
• Collaborate effectively to manage and deliver projects within quality, time and budget requirements
• Facilitate communication and gather approvals from various stakeholders
• Manage multiple website projects simultaneously

Experience and Skills:

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Experience using standard project management & project tracking software such as: Excel, Jira, Smartsheet
• Knowledge of website design and core user experience design principles is a plus
• Excellent oral and written communication and the ability to clearly articulate goals to all stakeholders
• Must be a team player who works well with technical and non-technical collaborators
• Ability to multi-task in a multi-manager, matrix environment
• Ability to deliver results with changing priorities and ad hoc deliverables within a fast-paced and high pressure environment
• Creative individual with an eye for detail and problem solving skills
• CAPM or PMP certification is a plus

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Web / Graphic Design, Communication, or MIS is a plus
• At least 1-2 years of experience

Contract type: Labor contract with "Technementals Technologies (Bulgaria)" EAD

Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday
