Agile Coach

You are passionate about helping a cross functional agile team to unlock its potential! You also like helping newly formed teams to evolve into 'true' teams from a collection of individuals. You understand the essence of agile but forgo strict agile adherence in favor of giving help through servant leadership, inspiring and coaching. You enjoy focusing efforts on accelerating the delivery of viable and working product increments. You understand that being agile is more than just the adoption of scrum but you do know the ins and outs of the Scrum and Kanban and have worked in larger enterprises where agile was scaled successfully with the adoption of a framework like SAFe/LeSS.

You like to focus on being lean and eliminating waste but also pragmatic and understand that this does not mean that things should be done without forethought or any formal processes. You strive to use your experience and excellence to inform and teach others, enabling them to reach your levels of expertise. You have been part of agile organizational transformations, and have succeeded or failed and learned from the experience. You are now ready to start again on the right footing and in the proper environment. You have a growth mindset about people and obsessively strive for improvement but also have the ability to enable team reflection and help team members see the progression they have made.

You will be...

You will be working in our Sofia development center and will be helping our teams in Technology & Data to drive their daily deliveries forward.

You have…
- Experience as an Agile Coach, SCRUM Master or Team Lead of agile teams
- Deep knowledge of Agile principles and practices and the ability to transfer that understanding at all levels of the organization
- Consulting and facilitation skills in leading technical teams in the adoption and improvement of Agile methodologies
- Excellent presentation and training skills
- Fluency in English
- Motivated and organized person with the ability to solve problems effectively
