We would like to invite you to join our team in the role of:

Facility Manager

You will:
Develop and implement facility management processes and strategies
Assure compliance to GfK internal guidelines and local law legislation
Conduct regular review of facilities management operations and implement improvement plans
Develop periodic facility management reporting and analysis and assure sustainable KPIs improvement
Manage budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness
Ensure building meet health and safety requirements and that facilities comply with legislation
Respond to internal client needs and coordinate resources to resolve issues
Coordinate internal moves, installation, new construction and/or renovation work according to guidelines
Plan, optimize and control of purchased services/materials to assure sustainable financial results
Effectively lead a team of professionals, including day to day operations and people management responsibilities
You have:
University degree in Facility Management, Business Administration or related
Minimum 5 years of facilities management experience and strong knowledge of facility operations
Previous experience in international company/virtual/offsite teams will be considered an advantage
Strong leadership presence and work productively through conflict
Ability to handle multiple projects and make decisions with short deadlines and minimum supervision
Excellent communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Good knowledge of MS Office
Fluent English language knowledge
