Service Desk Assistant with Norwegian / Swedish / Dutch and English

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for delivering high-quality services to key customers;
• Service-oriented handling of enquires with communication by telephone and email;
• Analyzing and documenting root causes of problems related to Accounts Payable /Purchase Orders;
• Collaboration with other departments and Business Units in order to resolve the issues effectively;
• Maintain good relationship with suppliers and stakeholders;
• Make productive use of technology tools and systems to ensure effective service delivery and accurate data management.

Job Requirements:

• Fluency in Norwegian / Swedish / Dutch and English
• Previous experience in a multinational organization or Shared Service Center;
• Experience of creating, managing and analyzing records/ data through computerized systems;
• Ability to assess a problem and escalate it to the appropriate level;
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP) desirable, but not a must.
