For one of our clients – a leading international petrol retail company - we are currently looking for an experienced and energetic person to join the team on the position of:

Category Manager – F&B


On this position you will:
• Manage the restaurant areas of the gas station chain on a national level
• Manage the product assortment, consumer analysis, inventory planning and control
• Perform competition analysis, pricing positioning, assortment adaptation etc.
• Communication and management of suppliers, coordinate logistics process to ensure smooth delivery of the products to the petrol station chain
• Private label and new products development
• Participate in the development of the sales business plans and forecasting

The successful candidate has:
• Relevant experience – ideally in Gastro division in a petrol chain or in a Regional capacity in a HoReCa chain
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing or other relevant
• Knowledge and experience with HACCP
• Working level of English is a must
• MS Office and working knowledge of SAP
• Proactive attitude and an outgoing personality
