If you have:
- Master’s degree in Economics, Computer Science, IT or another related field
- Fluency in English and Bulgarian
- Experience in project management
- Certification with international Project Management Standards (i.e. PMI, Prince2, IPMA) (advantage)
- Software development cycle expertise and knowledge (advantage)
- Experience with ServiceNOW, JIRA, MS Project and O365 (advantage)

- Manage strategic projects in accordance with the set organisational goals
- Lead the Project team and all activities to ensure that the project remains on track (i.e. schedule, - quality, budget, resources, risks) and delivers the promised results and benefits.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate/collaborate on a daily basis with Developers, BAs, QAs, BIs, IT Architects, DevOps engineers, Inf. Security Officers, etc.
- Identify and manage changes, risks, issues, dependencies and opportunities
- Measure and monitor Project progress and results
- Report on projects’ status; Responsible for project documentation
- Maintain and update project’ SharePoint
- Drive continuous improvement activities that assure project is aligned with the business goals
- Ensure controlled handovers to users and business-as-usual processes
