OPERATIONS EXECUTION TRAINEE

Position summary

The Operations Trainee is entry level temporary role from 6 to 12 months for developing professionals in the shipping operations execution area, which can become a permanent position in Cargill.
The role is with limited oversight on complex administrative tasks, including data management, vendor /agents communication, managing shipping documentation, system support, develop capabilities for execution of fundamental freight execution activities such as Laytime / PFHS/Finalization, The role requires follow up on standard processes, critical thinking and agility, ambition to grow in shipping expert/professional role.

Data Entry and System management
Reporting and Analytics
Operations Execution Tasks:
Laytime and / or PFHS issuance and reconciliation under supervision
New Jersey P&L management

Qualifications

High School Diploma
Shipping Education
Fluent English spoken/written
No working experience in Shipping
Shipping industry knowledge : post graduate in maritime studies
Strong communication skills
