The person on the role will coordinates the planning, development and implementation of business unit projects and applies efficiencies, tools and enhancements to achieve departmental strategy and business goals. In addition, he/she will be responsible for the planning, design, development, and maintenance of solutions to support the delivery of management information for the Corporate Programme Management Office (“CPMO”), business leadership and the Experian project management community.

Position Title: Project & Reporting Coordinator

Responsibilities for the Project Coordinator part:
Studies project development methodology and monitors project phases to ensure that projects adhere to established methodology
Monitors project status and produces exception reports to identify projects not adhering to schedule
Adjusts project workflow and schedules to facilitate priority projects
Assists with presentations to management on project schedule, process and status
Participates in developing plans, work breakdown structures and resource assignments for projects that are subject to management review and approval
Monitors project compliance with company standards and operating requirements for project implementation
Schedules and facilitates project status meetings

Responsibilities for the Reporting Coordinator part:
Support delivery of effective management information and reporting solutions specific to the projects
Define, design, develop, implement and maintain a monthly reporting strategy and create data reporting methodologies that will provide accurate and actionable information
Apply data reporting best practice and develop consistent data standardization and documentation methodologies

Requirements:
1-2 years related experience on a similar role
Working knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
Experience with SharePoint
Experience with project reporting (key metrics, dashboards)
Good problem solving and analytical skills
Good organizational skills
Good customer service orientation
Experience working with MS Project will be considered as an advantage
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
