Our client is working with one of the Biggest Custom Suit Fashion Brands.
For this campaign we are looking for an Appointment Booking Agent in the new office in Plovdiv, Bulgaria.
What you would do:
Managing large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner;
Following call center “scripts” when handling different topics;
Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions;
Maintains call center database by entering data and information;
Reaching pre set targets;
Positive and open-minded attitude;
What we would like to have:
Excellent command of English (B2/C1/C2) – both written and spoken;
High school diploma or higher;
Strong results orientation, able to anticipate obstacles and dealing with setbacks;
To be a self-motivated and outgoing person;
Excellent computer literacy;
Willingness to learn and develop;
