Data Scienсе Team Lead

Some of your tasks would include:
Scorecard development for the credit risk sector as well as for a variety of different business opportunities where modeling could be beneficial;
Large volumes of data pre-processing;
Application of linear & non-linear regression techniques to variety of business tasks;
Three based clusterings and/or classification algorithms usage;
Statistical analysis and credit rules optimization;
Reporting – ad hoc and regular.

Skills & experience we need:

University degree or equivalent standard with a high numeric content: statistics, mathematics, econometrics, finance, etc.;
2 years of experience in the analytics field – scorecard development, segmentation, statistics and advanced analytics, etc.;
Experience with statistical software – R, SAS, Python, SPSS;
Independent person that is willing both to learn and to share knowledge with his/her colleagues;
Experience with people management;
Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint;
Experience with project management is a plus.
