At Clubbing TV, we are all about Electronic Music & Dance Music Lifestyle, our TV Channel is broadcasted in 50 countries and in the party Mecca : the island of Ibiza.

Our mission is to share the dance music culture around the world on TV and online. We develop our brands and products autonomously with our TV Channel, its web site www.clubbingtv.com, our online guide www.ibizadvisor.net and our social networks.

We are international team of 20 motivated and passionate individuals, with over 7 nationalities represented amongst our teams, which are primarily located in Paris – France, in Ibiza - Spain, in India, in Russia and in Asia (Manila).

Job Description :

Working alongside our Content Manager, our journalists and our SEO team, you will be part of a Digital team and collaborate closely with the Content and Graphic teams.

Your missions:

To provide community management services & Youtube channel management, meet marketing objectives, and ensure the maximum growth for Clubbing TV & Ibizadvisor social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.

How is it possible ?

Planning and production of social content and social community management.

Create, execute, and update social media content plans and Youtube video content to meet marketing and campaign objectives, in collaboration with teammates.

· Write captions & descriptions prioritizing keywords using SEO best practices.

· Implementing powerful actions to get the maximum growth

· Creating and developing partnerships strategy

· Building efficient reports to follow the activity and find valuable insights

· Monitor and report performance of published social content and community interactions.

· Staying up-to-date with new changes and opportunities in the world of social medias

Qualifications : You have a very strong interest in social medias.

You have a at least 2 years of successful experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media management including a previous experience in managing Youtube channels including Youtube tools (Content ID, Youtube creator studio, video manager...Etc)
You are rigorous, adept of testing & learning and curious to quickly develop your digital skills.
You have an excellent level of English (French or Spanish is also appreciated), you are comfortable working in a multicultural work environment.
You have a good understanding of Youtube, social medias, and digital marketing channels
You have an acute visual sense
You have strong analytical and quantitative skills
You have excellent writing skills and a passion for storytelling
You are highly adaptable with a strong sense of teamwork and the ability to navigate through organizations
You have a deep understanding and passion for recognizing emerging trends, creative excellence, and new technologies
You can work remotely and adapt to various time zones
You are available for contact during regular work hours via online and mobile.
You can work using online management tools such as Asana & Hubstaff
Quality of Writing :

You are able to write in proper grammar, syntax, and spelling, and according to our brand’s persona and tonality. All content deliverables must be well-researched, correct, accurate, and aligned with the brand’s over-all content strategy, campaign objectives, and other directives provided.

Interpersonal Skills.

Responsiveness to team requests, ability to manage expectations and maintain effective professional relationships, initiative and proactivity.

Additional Information :

Full time position based in Plovdiv

Remote work - Home office is possible from time to time
