If you have:
University degree
In-depth knowledge of the product development lifecycle for maximizing growth opportunities on the market (lending products is advantage)
Knowledge in financial analysis of business KPI’s and growth of market share, outstanding, revenue
Very good command of English language (both written and spoken)
High level of computer literacy
Critical & creative thinking
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Fluency in human-centered product discovery methods such as design thinking
Strong attention to detail
Self motivation and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

And you would like to:
Manage retail lending products lifecycle (development, optimization, design, testing, and implementation)
Determinate product pricing and positioning strategy based on customers demand, market research and cost-benefit analysis
Bring new and adapt existing lending products to the market
Develop product roadmaps suite developed to customer expectation
Improve customer experience trough lending process optimization
Work in Agile team alongside IT, legal, risk, operations teams and developers
Be a collaborative team player with ability to navigate and influence the organization
Have a dynamic and challenging job in a young, energetic and enthusiastic team
