Main Responsibilities:

Oversee the process to ensure the customer experience and customer concerns are translated to all departments
Develop and maintain client relationship up to an including senior executive level
Have proactive approach to business and client challenges
Fully embedded into day to day operational performance

Requirements:

Team and people management skills as required to build high performing account team(s);
Ensuring collaborative working within internal and client organizations;
Ability to provide analysis, strategic planning and articulation of performance/financial results and deliver these within the weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting cycle;
Fluent English OR German language;
