Our partner is one of the leading global Shared Services process transformation companies. They are now looking for an experienced and motivated Bid Manager with French/ Italian/German/Dutch or Spanish to join their team.
The Bid Manager will assemble a bid team with the relevant service and business knowledge required to prepare a winning bid, whilst taking ownership of the end-to-end bid process.

Core Responsibilities:

To manage the bid qualification process for new opportunities;
Manage virtual bid teams and inputs from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from sales, marketing, product teams, finance, commercial, legal and delivery;
Preparing and reviewing the commercial aspects of the bid, ensuring all services are included in the final price to the customer;
Risk tracking and management throughout the bid process;
Contributing to the written proposal - both in terms of content and presentation;
Develops and manages the bid development project plan and bid budget;
Ensure timely delivery of compliant and commercially sound bids;
Understand and resolve complex technical, strategic and business issues;
Not client facing, but will support the pursuit lead engaging internal and external business partners as needed, facilitating Senior Management tollgate reviews on each deal to ensure timely and effective decision making;
Leads the bid project team to successful contract close and service implementation.

Background and experience:
Significant deal pursuit experience and demonstrated success in winning deals in prior sales, operational, or bid roles;
Experience in the selling cycle of services value propositions;
Proven ability to resolve problems when leading complex, high risk sales projects;
Fluency in one of the following languages: French/ Italian/German/Dutch or Spanish language;
Strong people management and commercial skills;
Strong written and spoken English language.
