For one of our client, a leader in FMSG indusry , we are looking for an experienced and self- driven professional for the role of:

Procurator

The successful applicant will provide strategic and operational leadership across all functions of the Company and oversee day-to-day business activities. Provide governance and control over strategic business planning and development, including the budgeting process. Drive operational excellence through process optimization and automation, development and implementation of best business practices, establishing a high-performing and innovative work environment.



Some of your tasks would include:

Manage and direct the company’s business that consists of six main functions, namely Operational Logistics, Logistics and Project Management, E-Commerce, Sales and Marketing, Modern Trade Division and Customs Service Division;
Drive the strategic business planning process of the company and control its implementation for achievement of business development goals related to existing and new business; Responsible for the company’s budgeting process;
Oversee the daily business operations of the organization to ensure compliance with company’s business strategy, regulatory requirements and internal policies;
Drive process optimization and automation in the area of warehousing, logistics and transportation processes with focus on operational efficiency and new business models implementation; Oversee the warehousing, logistics and transportation processes of the company;
Provide strategic advice and guidance to the Board of Directors and keep them updated about relevant sector changes and trends;
Build and maintain effective business relationships with key clients, vendors, branch association and government bodies representatives;
Contribute to the successful employer’s branding, overseeing the development and execution of efficient marketing strategies and communication channels.

Required skills:
University degree in Business Management, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics or another relevant discipline;
Proven operational experience in logistics, warehousing and/ or freight forwarding multinational corporate environment, preferably within the FMCG sector;
A visionary and diplomatic leader with strong transformational skills and hands-on approach
Strong financial acumen with analytical ability;
Demonstrated project management skills regarding automation and process optimization;
Executive presence with ability to communicate effectively in public;
Fluent written and spoken English.
