Main Responsibilities:

Provide miscellaneous analysis support for the business
Participate in and organize compliance and quality trainings
Analyze processes under scope of responsibilities, establishes and implements standard practices, processes and procedures;
Ensure incidents in the operation of the Service line under responsibility are appropriately logged,resolved and closed in accordance with the Incident Management process defined in the SLA;
Responsible for highlighting and escalating to Senior Manager any area of risk in business as usual operations and processes.

Excellent written and spoken English;
Capacity to find simple and efficient solutions
Good knowledge of Excel
Minimum of 1-3 years experience in a similar role or as Business analyst
Second Language requested – Greek/French/Spanish/ German
