YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Works closely with the Sofia Sales team and provide support in the planning, executing and follow up of any Marketing activities through presentations, coaching and regular market visits
Develops Trade and tailor-made marketing activities, advertising materials and POSM to support sales volume and brand programs for Sofia Sales Area
Manages Sofia Sales Area marketing budget, follow-ups specific KBIs (execution KBIs, P&L, etc) and ensure cost-effective marketing activities
Evaluates and analyzes impact from marketing activities and proposes new actions
Monitors competitive activities, shares and implements best practices from the market, other companies and other countries within CC Hellenic
Maintain effective relations with key internal and external customers (Sales department, Finance, Procurement, Suppliers, Agencies)

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS:
University degree (Marketing is an advantage)
Previous experience in Sales/Trade Marketing - minimum 2 years
Strong interpersonal and assertive communication skills
Ability to influence and maintain effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Self-dependence and responsibility
Structured, flexible, able to handle paralleled running, various, complex projects at timely manner - with strong project management skills
Proactive approach, open-minded attitude and creativity
Result oriented, commercial savvy and reliable
Fluent English
