Main responsibilities:
• Propose financial models and roadmap for capital market offerings and public placements;
• Structure and execute debt transactions, bonds issues and convertible securities;
• Develop various types of financial models;
• Take a leading role in the communication process with local and international capital market participants;

• Help clients raise funds and monetise stakes through the equity capital markets;
• Provide an independent and objective advice on critical aspects of the IPO process;
• Perform a due diligence, research and analysis on live transactions.
Key requirements:
• 3-5 years of professional experience in corporate finance, at least 2 years of which in capital markets;
• Project management skills;
• Established pool of international and local contacts;
• Analytical, problem-solving, and entrepreneurial thinking;
• Ability to build long-term relationships with clients and investors.
